3.2 Shipping the Return: Securely package the items and include a copy of the original invoice. Ship the items to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3.3 Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
